| WCOFF SCHEDULE OF EVENTS The World Championship of Fantasy Football is the most anticipated event of the fantasy football year, and it is considered to be the ultimate achievement in any fantasy football player’s career. There are several events, including the Auction Division, $10K GridIron and other types of fantasy football such as Draft Masters, ending with the grand finale, the World Championship of Fantasy Football Main Event. The winner of each World Championship of Fantasy Football event gets the most prestigious award a fantasy football player can win – the World Championship of Fantasy Football Trophy. The winner of the main event gains the coveted title of World Champion.

Featuring an overall award of $10,000 and a chance at $3M, the World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football is a can't miss event for diehard fantasy football players. 2008 WCOFF Main Event - WIN $300,000 World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football WCOFF Auction Division $10K GridIron $5K Auction Draft Masters On Line Satellite Super Satellite Main Event League Structure: Each WCOFF participant will be randomly assigned to a 12-team league in late August or early September. Participants in each league will be chosen randomly by GridIron Fantasy Sports LLC or a surrogate and overseen by an independent agent. Participants will be notified of their league placement in advance of the Draft. Notification will be made by mail or email or by posting the leagues on the official WCOFF website (www.wcoff.com) WCOFF Week 1 Schedule: All WCOFF leagues will have a Week 1 schedule as follows: Team 1 vs. team 2; team 3 vs. team 4; team 5 vs. team 6; team 7 vs. team 8; team 9 vs. team 10; team 11 vs. team 12. Overview: The World Championship of Fantasy Football (WCOFF) will consist of up to 100 leagues, each composed of 12 teams/managers. The WCOFF regular season will extend from NFL Week 1 through NFL Week 11. Each league will hold a League Championship Game on NFL Week 12. All league champions and 44 wildcard teams will qualify for the playoffs Draft: Up to 100 leagues will hold their Draft on Saturday, September 6, 2008. Some leagues will draft in Las Vegas, NV. Others will draft in Atlantic City, Dallas or Orlando. Each league will be composed of 12 teams, and each draft will last for 20 rounds, with each team selecting a player in each round in a serpentine fashion (team 1 through team 12, team 12 through team 1, team 1 through team 12, etc.). There are no rules governing the number of players to be drafted at each position. It is up to the skill and draft strategy of each team owner to decide. World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Playoff Berths: Up to 200 League Champions, plus 44 wild card teams will qualify for the Championship Bracket Playoffs. The wild card teams will be drawn from the losers of the League Championship Games and winners of the third place game. Of these teams, the 44 teams with the highest point total during the regular season (including the League Championship Game) will advance to the World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Satellite Playoffs. World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Playoff Format: Each of the playoff teams will be seeded based on their total fantasy points for the regular season. Furthermore, each team will begin the playoffs with their one-game average point total from the regular season (weeks 1-12). This gives an advantage to the teams that performed best in the regular season. The 2008 World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football playoffs will extend four additional weeks, from NFL Week 13 through NFL Week 16. Award winners will be awarded on the basis of total points scored from Week 13 though Week 16, plus their one-game average point total from the regular season. The teams with the top 10 point totals will receive additional awards. The team with the most total points will be crowned the 2008 World Champion of On-Line Fantasy Football. All participants are required to attend the WCOFF "Draft Masters Division" Draft in person. Each league will be composed of 12 teams, and each draft will last for 25 rounds with each team selecting a player in each round in serpentine fashion (team 1 through team 12, team 12 through team 1, team through team 12 etc.) There are no rules governing the number of players to be drafted at each position. It is up to the skill and draft strategy of each team owner to decide. Lineup Requirements: Starting lineups will consist of 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 Flex player (a RB or WR or TE) 1 PK 1 Team Defense / Special Team Optimized Scoring Lineup: There will be no lineup submissions. Instead, each team will get its optimal fantasy point total each week. That means each team will be awarded the fantasy points of their top-scoring QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, TE, D/ST, K and Flex Player. Lineups and fantasy points will be tallied by the commissioning service every Tuesday morning. There will be no head to head games in the regular season. Standings for the regular season will be based on cumulative fantasy points (starting players only) for each throughout the 14 weeks. WCOFF Satellite League Playoffs: The scoring rules and starting lineup format is identical to the regular season. The playoffs will consist of 4 teams playing 2 rounds, as follows: a.) Semi-Finals: #1 vs. #4 and #2 vs. #3 during Week 15 b.) League Championship Game: The 2 winners of the Semi-Final round will compete in the League Championship Game during Week 16. The winner will be the League Champion.
